Problem: Leaking flat roof
After weighing up their options, the client chose Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant mainly to the quick turn around, the cheap price and also as there would be no need to rip up the substrate, making the building vulnerable to the elements.
After cleaning the roof, we sprayed the door with Waterproof Sealant, which formed a seamless membrane making the roof watertight. The Liquid Rubber Smooth Sealant Topcoat was sprayed on to make the roof UV stable.
Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant is quite literally a liquid rubber that can be applied like any normal paint to most common surfaces to waterproof and protect surfaces. It is perfect for those DIY waterproofing jobs around the house, farm or workplace. Due to it’s amazing adhesion to almost any substrate, it is the most universal sealer and protector for all craftsman and Kiwi DIY’ers.
Four days later the roof on this residential property was completely waterproofed, resulting in a very happy client.
