Problem:

Waterproofing Tegel Factory

Solution:

Tegel approached Liquid Rubber to re-waterproof their factory in Auckland. The liquid rubber applicator cleaned the roof down before applying GEO Fabric and waterproof sealant to the all the joins and seam.

Liquid Rubber GEO Fabric is a suitable alternative to our Liquid Rubber Seam Tape and is recommend over more porous substrates.

GEO Fabric must be applied over the top of a (wet) layer of our Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant. The GEO Fabric is then coated with another layer of Waterproof Sealant to give a fully waterproof finish. While GEO Fabric is a more cost-effective option to use, it does require more time to apply than the seam tape.

Liquid Rubber spray grade was then sprayed over the entire roof creating a seamless membrane before applying our UV stable topcoat.

Result:

Another satisfied client with a cleaned and fully waterproofed roof.
