Re-Waterproofing Residential Butynol Roof

Problem: Leaking flat roof

After weighing up their options, the client chose Liquid Rubber Waterproof Sealant mainly to the quick turn around, the cheap price and also as there would be no need to rip up the substrate, making the building vulnerable to the elements.

Solution:

After cleaning the roof, we sprayed the door with Waterproof Sealant, which formed a seamless membrane making the roof watertight. The Liquid Rubber Smooth Sealant Topcoat was sprayed on to make the roof UV stable.
