HydroShield is a water-based, solvent-free, two part epoxy coating for sealing and priming of concrete, plaster, brickwork and blockwork. When applied properly it will prevent rising damp, withstand hydrostatic pressure, prevent efflorescence and provide a top quality surface for additional waterproof membraned or adhesive laid vinyl’s and tiles.
The product is nonflammable, easily cleaned up with water and is suitable for uses in areas of difficult access or sensitive locations. The Cured Coating has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance and two coats will withstand constant immersion and light foot traffic.

Note: Hydroshield is a penetrating epoxy primer so coverage can vary depending on how porous the cementitious substrate. Enquire for more project specific details.
Application by brush is suitable for small areas – multiple coats may be required.
Roller is also suitable for small areas.
10॰C – touch dry in 5.5 hours and hard dry in 6 hours.
20॰C – touch dry in 4 hours and hard dry in 5 hours.
25॰C – touch dry in 3 hours and hard dry in 3.5 hours.
