Director
Introducing Elliot Guy, known to most as Ray. Ray started the company over a decade ago and with the help of his current staff, has grown it into the thriving and expanding company it is today. Ray likes to offer a more laid-back approach however he is constantly multi-tasking and is always looking out for new products and opportunities to continue Cohe’s Growth. Ray lives in Havelock North with his wife and two young kids. If he isn’t at work Ray can be seen on the golf course, most likely at the 19th hole.
Chris Fyfe
General Manager
Introducing Chris Fyfe, Cohe’s General Manager. Chris joined Cohe Group early in 2023 and is one of the main driving forces behind the growth of the company. Chris enjoys offering a solutions-based approach to clients and his persistence and determination are a hallmark of his career to date. With a high level of commitment, you can rely on Chris to always be working and strategizing on how to find the right solution for the problem or project. In his spare time Chris loves spending time with his wife and young son and has been known to enjoy a brandy or two.
Sade Davies
BDM/Project Manager
Introducing Sade Davies, Cohe’s Business Development Manager. Sade loves offering Cohe’s solutions to a large number of body corporates, commercial and residential property owners and ensuing their decision to work with Cohe is efficient and reliable. When Sade isn’t keeping water out of her clients property, you will typically find her in it or on it with a love for fishing and diving.
Evelyn Sturm
Account Management
Introducing Evelyn Sturm, National Account Manager and pretty much all things Cohe. Eve is well known to go above and beyond to help applicators whether it is delivering them product or getting it ready in minutes and offering a service with a smile. Eve is Cohe’s longest serviced employee, her dedication to her job and clients makes her stand out amongst the rest. A busy mum of 3 girls, Eve loves spending time in the weekends taking them to various activities and relaxing with her husband over a drink.
