Problem: Leaking Extractor Fan
Our client noticed leaks running down their extractor fan.
Rather than paying for a professional to come and fix this, they used waterproof sealant with seam tape to seal up the areas making it perfectly water tight. After cleaning the surface, seam tape was used to bridge any gaps where water could be potentially leaking. This seam tape bonds excellently to itself making it very easy to work with. Following on from that, the waterproof sealant was painted over the seam tape to provide extra protection making it very water resistant.
The seam tape bridged any gaps where there was potential for water to leak and by following this up with the water sealant, it provided extra protection making it water resistant.
